Threehouse is an amazing studio! Whether you seek to strengthen your body or steady your mind, Josephine’s teaching will guide you to what you need. Josephine is an incredibly talented, supportive and inspiring yoga teacher. I return to her classes week after week because I learn something new every time I step on the mat and I leave each class eagerly anticipating the next one.The studio space itself is lovely. It is immaculately clean, full of natural light and interesting architectural detail, and such a beautifully inspiring place to grow in one’s practice.From time to time, one is fortunate enough to learn from someone who is uniquely talented in their chosen role, and I am so grateful to Josephine for establishing such a beautiful, inspiring and uplifting yoga space in the community.

I didn't enjoy this place at all. I bought the intro five class pass, went to a few and said I'm good on the rest. Should be called trap house studios with how it looks too xP

Threehouse is such an amazing place. A small studio with a friendly, casual air. I have enjoyed every one of my classes there so far and see myself going back again and again. Thanks to both Jourie and Margot for making a beginner-again like me feel welcome and comfortable!

Threehouse is an amazing yoga studio run by wonderful folks. Threehouse is a special place with a wonderful spirit. You'll feel it the moment you walk in. Practicing at Threehouse is inspiring. The teachers at Threehouse teach with dedication, passion and love. A spirit of generosity, caring and life runs through Threehouse. Truly. For me, Threehouse has inspired a daily practice of yoga. I have logged over 200 sessions of yoga here. I have nothing but gratitude for what this has done for me in my life.

Amazing studio! Have been going on and off for a couple months mostly for the hot yoga classes, so can’t comment on the other classes. However the staff (and other customers!) have always been so friendly, the classes are great and often not crowded, and the parking lot is super convenient.

Threehouse Studios is a Durham gem! A variety of movement and class options are available for all skill levels, which I appreciate a ton (plus regular specialty classes!). The studio space is beautiful, the instructors are knowledgable, and the community is welcoming. Threehouse is my home base for all hot yoga classes and I really can't recommend Josephine's classes enough. Plus, they have a yoga dog, Bella!

Incredible movement studio that has truly built community here in Durham. I am so thankful for the incredible owners, Josephine and Courtney, and love getting a great sweat in each class! Easy to communicate with via IG like many small businesses.

Hands down my favorite yoga and dance studio ever. The space and teachers are so welcoming and encouraging. No matter where I am or how I feel on a given day, I'll show up and get exactly what I need and leave feeling uplifted and refreshed. They represent everything that makes Durham so special!

Great studio! Threehouse studio itself has a wonderful aesthetic with lovely staff. I've only been to a couple of classes thus far but have left feeling refreshed after both experiences. Looking forward to attending more classes in the future. (: it adds much to the neighborhood and I'm happy to have it close by.
