This is a no judgement zone with whatever level of fitness you are at. There is therapy, beginning classes as well as advanced. My go to is the pool and the water classes. The Saturday water class has changed my body and life.

I have never had such a bad experience with any company ever. I have tried to cancel my membership for 2 months now, giving the notice they specified and calling to confirm it was cancelled. I have now been charged TWICE for a membership that i have already cancelled. This is the biggest scam I’ve ever seen. $75 membership for a gym thats no better then an apartment gym is ridiculous and they make it impossible to cancel. Will never be returning and will be telling everyone i know to stay clear from the scam.

The weights and machines are overall adequate. There is only two benches and one squat rock though. You should be fine as long as you go before 4pm. It is swarmed with people and you’ll be working in with three people. Plenty of dumbbells and weights. No proper area to deadlift or do other power lifts like snatch and clean and jerk. This place also has a pool, basketball courts, and various other equipment and services. I only really use it for the weights and have had a pleasant experience so far. Definitely recommended for try.

I love this gym. The classes are awesome. There are a lot of machines, walking space, the pool classes are great (hard to get a spot sometimes) but the Instructors are so kind. Highly recommend.

Remarkable. Warm water exercises then a sauna or whirlpool. Utter relaxation. Staff are exceptionally courtious and upbeat. This facility is a wonderful place to have on the triangle.

I've gone to Meadowmont for physical therapy over the years...knee joint replacement, rotator cuff repair, now, neck pain with related headaches. While I've seen several physical therapists and even students, at Meadowmont, Pete has been my main therapist. He listens, is very easy to understand, easy to follow his instructions and very kind. When physical manipulation such as a limb is necessary you don't feel like you're in the fight of your life. That's happened to me before. Thanks Meadowmont PT team for being great at what you do. I respect and appreciate the work that you do...so does my knees, shoulders, and currently my neck. You make this aging process less complicated. A plus is being housed under the same roof as the fitness center and the availability of massage. Genius!

Such a wonderful, holistic place to go. I go for cardiac rehab - which is ending for me. The staff will be severely missed by me.What a great energy about this place. [And I'm a harsh critic.]
