I love the feedback on the exercise. It allows me to hit the right intensity. Parking is easy and the staff is so friendly. It is a small gym and has that boutique feel.

I've been working out here since they opened and I LOVE it! I love that I can take "Classes" early in the morning (5am) AND I'm also loving the fact that I can binge watch Netflix on the treadmill - it makes the time FLY by. Everyone is super friendly, the gym is clean and all the equipment is top of the line. I also love the heartrate monitor and the fact that I can see what zone I'm in from anywhere in the gym.

This gym is great! It's almost like a personal home gym. No big crowds, clean restrooms and showers! The staff are courteous and friendly! For the late night workouts, the security system is freakin awesome!

Clean and friendly atmosphere. Missing a few basic fitness items like dip station, but owner is responsive and may get them. Fitness classes sometimes displace other members from access to workout area, but still plenty to do if your flexible with your routine. Not too crowded and open all the time.

I am so happy that I joined the family at AF Arcadia! The facility and equipment are clean and new, and all of the staff are warm and encouraging. I love that the gym is never too crowded and I can get my workout done in a timely manner. Because it’s open 247, I can get my workouts done even when work runs late, so I have no excuse to not come! There are also little details that make me feel taken care of like free towel service, tangerines to grab on your way out, and essential oil diffusers set around the gym to keep everything smelling fresh! There are members of all ages and fitness levels here and the gym has a good motivating atmosphere that keeps me coming back (almost every day) without it feeling like a chore! A favorite feature of mine is the monthly InBody evaluation that is available to all members and shows you the numbers of how your body composition is changing and improving as a result of your hard work. Thanks AF Arcadia for helping me keep one of my New Years resolutions!

I don't normally take the time to review things, but this is an amazing gym! Clean and comfortably laid out. Great group classes, too. Staff is warm and genuine. And AF Arcadia is 30 seconds off the 210 - which is right along my commute.

I visit this gym when I am in Southern California. It is one of the cleanest, best gyms I have ever been to. Their equipment and classes are fantastic. But what I love the most are the friendly, personable people who work there. They are great! Check this place out. You will not be disappointed!
