Bought a class pack on a whim to try things out. Ended up loving it - for both pole and aerial. Classes are challenging and fun and they have great instructors!

Attended my very first pole dance class. Josh is an awesome instructor. He’s so sweet and took the time explaining the routine. He answer all of our questions and was so encouraging when anyone of us were struggling to on a move. Music was great and we all had high energy. The class was so much fun. Routine is sexy and easy to learn. My favorite spin is the Hollywood. It really is an all body workout. I’m so sore the next day but felt so good. Will definitely come back for more pole dancing class.
