Instructors are so nice and helpful. Front staff are amazing. Community is friendly and gave chalk to a stranger for free. Came here with my brothers this time and it was a great experience. Will be bringing my team soonThis is the first time I've ever left a Google review for anything ever. Highly recommend

I was a loyal member for over 3 years when I moved. The community there is absolutely awesome good people. But when it comes to the company, well it’s pretty abysmal. I canceled my membership through one of the iPads like I was instructed, mind you this is 4 years ago. Yesterday I noticed that I’ve been getting charged every month for the last 4 years and obviously not using it. When I contacted them they said unless I have a cancelation email I’m completely out of luck. No nothing. I’m supposed to keep a cancelation email for 4 years? You’d think by looking at my membership they can see I haven’t been in since then. Find another gym to goto. I’m calling my bank and disputing the charges and filing for fraud. Dont let them steal your money, even if it’s a “good deal” it won’t be in the long run.

Finally made some major upgrades to the workout room and did repairs to the climbing walls. Hopefully the newly painted climbing walls will hold up for another few years before it starts to chip away again and dig in between your fingernails. Staff are all really chill and friendly. Great for all levels. There are some autobelays to change it up if you are bored of bouldering. Wished they had sport climbing...

Great for second visit and so on but the first visit was very confusing. The front desk just sat there chatting to one another and did the bare minimum for first timers to sign the waiver and that’s it. Nothing was explained about logistics of membership and stuff. The intro class was great though and it has everything you need about climbing. After the first time at Hangar, you basically know what to do. This gym is relatively new and clean. Can’t deny it’s a great environment for climbing. Just that the customer service is not beginner friendly at all, otherwise if you just go there and climb, it’s a good gym.

I’ve been here a couple times now. The settings are fun but I think the grading is a little bit sandbagged. Overall cool place though.

My family planned to try a new hobby in 2023, and we decided to try it here. We came a bit late for our first visit a few days ago but had a great experience with a friendly staff who rescheduled our reservation; we almost thought we should get a membership. Today, we came again with high expectations, but the system was done due to internet outrage, which can happen anywhere, so understandable. However, the staff was very rude and made us feel like liars when we told them we didn't get a confirmation email for rearrangement. Further, I guess the staff noticed our frustration after some intense exchange and told us, 'feel free to go to locations.' Really? We are done with Hanger 18, where customers are poorly treated. Simply put, the visit ruined our almost last day of 2022, and I can't recommend to anyone to visit this place.

Relatively small gym, very friendly atmosphere. Gradings the routes are a bit harsh but they are generally fun to solve. Staff are very helpful.

Nice small bouldering gym with a good variety of problems. There are also a few top rope routes but the focus is boulderingUnfortunately no locker rooms - so come in climbing outfit or change in the restrooms

Great new addition to the Hangar 18 gyms. Was another rock climbing gym in the past that they converted to their own. The padding is now much better and safer, the routes are pretty good and there are a lot of varieties for different levels. The overhang is also pretty fun! Great place to bring kids and family for fun times, or for more serious climbers who want a really good workout. Smaller than some of the other gyms, it still gives you a lot of work out options. They have a smaller top roping area with some simple routes. This is mostly a bouldering gym.
