Steam room and sauna both broken for three weeks! Come on la fitness how long are you going to wait? Not staff and employees fault the company needs to do better!

Steam room is great but the mens locker room floor was wet. Machines are clean and everything worked.

The facility itself isn’t all that great or terrible, it’s a gym and the equipment is a bit dated compared to other gyms out there. This is more of a review of Sam, the sales manager. I understand that the sales guys need to get the customers business but Sam was very rude and confrontational when I didn’t want his info or input about my body. There was a moment when he made me feel very uncomfortable with the conversation about my body, at some point I asked him to stop but he insisted on continuing the conversation. I’ve been visiting multiple locations because I want to be comfortable where I work out. I don’t know if he didn’t like that I was talking to a sales rep from another location but his behavior kept me from becoming a customer. If you go you might want to avoid him. Hopefully you get a sales person that’s more interested in making sure you feel comfortable in a gym.

Very clean, very tidy, but some water dispensers don't work. From there everything is perfect;

I took my son into that place, but i didnt have that have a guest pass and they charge me for no reason. Me and my son didnt even go in because guess past was like $20?! TO summarize everyting, they charge my account $20 for nothing!! Pls fix your staff memebrs too. So, so rude.

This place gets very busy in the evenings. There are enough machines, but not enough for the amount of people who go there on Thursdays and the evenings. It would be great if they added more weight equipment on the 1st floor. They do have a big sauna that is not separated. I don't go inside it but there is a jacuzzi along with a pool in that whole area. I love the wet steam room. Don't take too long in the showers, people and janitors seem to get really bothered by it as if there are some shower knarks for the facility.

Sam showed a genuine interest in helping me achieve my fitness goals and made sure that I had a great experience at the gym. I highly recommend Sam and LA Fitness to anyone looking for a supportive and motivating environment to pursue their fitness journey. Arrived around 10am and I have to say, this is such a busy location. The parking closer to the gym is reserved for another business. Their was sooo many people in the pool that I decided to opt out and hit the steam room and shower. The locker room was very busy, ton of people didn't feel clean at all. Steam room was ok, there is a nice eucalyptus scent must've been from other patrons definitely not typical but helped with the sinus. I wouldn't come back unless in the area. Try another location....

Wow. Unbelievably bad. I've been to LA Fitness locations in NY, FL, GA, LA and this one hands down is the WORST for weightlifting! No one re-racks their weights, the staff are no where to be found near the weight rooms helping restack the weights in their proper order! Every time I am lifting I am looking for the actual weights I'm trying to get. Moreover they have no clamps that attach to the side of weights to ensure safety!! Are you kidding? Someone is going to drop the weights on themselves and sue this place! Last but not least, All the attachments to the cable pulleys are gone! Tricept rope push down? No rope. Cable curl? No handles. Close grip row? No grips. I'm going to HAVE to call the GM and complain about this place. This is hands down the worst LA Fitness for lifters!!
