I’d rather drive a little further and go to another location.The bathrooms are always dirty and smelly. The locker rooms need major renovation.

This place is pretty run down and dirty. A lot of the machines are broken. LA fitness Montebello needs major upgrades.

Everytime i come the place gets worse and worse. They took away the heavy bags for boxing. Why? Because people like to use them thats why lol. Cold tub is ALWAYS out of order. Right off the bat two things that make this location worth a trip are now gone. I took a shower today and actually wanted to give them props for FINALLY putting curtains on a few of the stalls....but even that was ruined because the first stall i tried to use wouldn't turn off. I literally just had to leave it with the water running. This place is in need of a serious upgrade. On the bright side, there is a Popeyes and a solid Mexican joint in the parking lot.

I dont know why theres so many workers here and the place looks horrible, especially if compared to the Monterey la fitness. The cleaning crew is amazing their everywhere putting in work, i mean the rest of the team that dont do jack. NOTHING is EVER re-racked nor is it enforced. The Monterey gym has like 2 employees and everything is pristine. This wack Montebello one has like 8 workers and always looks horrible. Its beyond time to upgrade this gym. Honestly it deserved 1 star. Star #2 is for the janitor team you guys rock.

The first week I asked for help twice giving attitude because, I needed help to put the information on the machine like weight, age, etc.. not even the personal trainer knew how to. Also, people never put the heavy weights away after using them. But, besides that everything is awesome 😎 …

Good management, good parking, convenient. After visiting other brands, locations, I see what stands out, makes this place special; wet and dry sauna, cold plunge, jacuzzi, loop trac inside, good variety of equipment. The patrons are very friendly. The classes are good, variety. Water station, filtered and can fill bottles. Sad note- its down now.

The place could do a lot better in the following areas1.) Toilets and general area are always dirty.2.) Sauna room for men has missing wooden blocks and interior door handle for weeks now. Its a hazard and anyone can slip inside.3.)This location is always packed - You have to fall in line and wait to use some equipments.4.) Its not 24 hour gym. For the price youre paying youre better off to go at planet fitness for half the price and its 24 hours operational.

My first day a staff member walked me around the club and explained the use of the equipment and about the swimming area too. He was excellent. The machines were clean, locker room too. I AM. Very glad I joined. U should too!! Come work out with us my wife loved it !!!

Large gym with a lot of equipment but crowded and nasty people that don't wipe down anything or re-rack their weights. The manager did hook up a day pass for military which was very nice of him.

Reopening is a long waiting time 25 people were waiting to enter the gym, plus 60 people inside. If you want to freeze your account because safety precautions they will force you pay $35 fee and no refunds are taken if you decide suspend your membership that is payed in full. Due to the pandemic I had to make my own gym at home and I no longer need my membership but they refused to give me a refund I still have 12 months of membership. It’s not fair.
