If I could give Mike & the whole MFITNESS program 1,000,000 stars I'd do it in a heartbeat. Mike is the definition of the "Perfect" Personal Trainer.I am completely new to training and working out. However, I was looking for a change and wanted more self confidence in how my body looked and felt. I found MFITNESS through yelp and saw all the excellent reviews that were given. I called Mike and he setup an appointment to do my fitness assessment. I was pretty nervous and didn't really know what I got myself into since I'm a complete rookie at working out. However, as soon as I did my first session with Mike, I knew instantly I made the right choice in signing with him and my nerves went away.Mike is encouraging, very friendly, smart and motivating! He plans out your diet and exercises with what YOU want and what YOU need. He also keeps track of your weights, body fat and measurements. Very thrilled I found him.As far as the workouts go I did the 3 month program. Each month Mike changes up the program to keep things fun yet challenging. He'll talk you through the steps and showcase why each workout is important. I have gained muscle and lost body fat!I recently signed up for another 3 months and I'm looking forward to what's in store next & how my body will look! All I can say is if you're looking for a program that will work and is rewarding this is it!

I started training with Mike in August 2017. When we met for our first training session, he took my body measurements, went over my goals and gave me tips and advice on nutrition. At the time I was 24% body fat, 5'11'' and 178 pounds. My goal was to gain muscle mass and get down to 10% body fat.After 11 months of training with Mike, 3-4 times per week, and with strict nutrition, I got down to 7% body fat and increased my muscle mass by over 10 pounds. At age 37, I am in the best shape of my life and owe a big part of it to Mike's training. Being this fit has changed my life.What makes Mike a great personal trainer is that he makes a genuine effort to make a connection with you, and treats you like a friend as opposed to a client. He is very personable, friendly and has a very positive attitude. These qualities make training with Mike a very positive and enjoyable experience.I highly recommend Mike as a personal trainer to anyone, no matter what fitness level you are currently at.

I have been with Mike since June 2017 and I’m so pleased with my progress. I’ve lost weight, gained muscle and continue to get stronger. I have had trainers before but Mike goes the extra mile to personalize your nutrition plan and workouts based on your goals. He is a professional and is great at what he does! I have recently started my fitness journey with Mike, having seen other trainers in the past I have to say he is one of thee most professional trainers I've had! He sets the bar high but does not over over do it and push me to a breaking limit. I thoroughly enjoy waking up and going to my sessions and leave feeling better than when I walked in! I'm excited to see what I will look like by summer time! He also has me on his meal prep service and nutrition plan I follow closely on his app! I'm telling you he is on it and very professional! Training with Mike is always a fun yet challenging experience. There are days where I struggle to do my last rep and he pumps me up to push through. I always leave the studio feeling accomplished and productive. His workouts and meal plans are extremely effective! After two short months of training with him i saw dramatic results, definitely worth all the blood, sweat, and tears. Thank you Mike for being an awesome trainer!

I've trained with Mike for 3 months now (did the 36 session Master Program - 3x/week) and at the conclusion of it I'm EXTREMELY happy with the results I've gotten!My main goal out of my training was focus on physique and getting my thin/bony/skinny-fat frame more muscular, defined and toned. At the beginning of our work together I showed Mike a photo of what I was looking for physique-wise and now, by the end, we have definitely surpassed that goal which I am beyond excited about!Mike did an awesome job not only custom tailoring our sessions to my body/needs but also explained the nutrition aspect of getting the results I was after and steered me towards increasing my food intake which jumpstarted my progress towards getting that lean, defined look I was after.Training aside, Mike is very easy going, funny and an overall pleasure to work with! I've trained with Mike at MFITNESS for almost 2 years. Prior to Mike I had worked with several other trainers. Mike is undoubtedly the best. Not only is he very knowledgeable, professional and patient, but he cares about your success and that comes through. He motivates and challenges you to keep improving so he will keep changing up workout routines and eating plans. Not only have I seen good results, but the passion I've gained for exercise and healthy eating I attribute to Mike. He's as good as it gets, and I highly recommend him.

Mike is an excellent trainer. He pushes you to your limits, which is exactly what I need. He blew me away with the free intro class. Most other fitness trainers just give you a perfunctory treatment without even getting to know you in detail to give you the right prescription. Mike sat down with me and interviewed me in great depth and gave me an intense workout. He even gave me awesome recommendations and it was only a free trial class! This reassured me that he cares for his clients and is in it for their health and not just for the money. I'm on my second month with him and absolutely loved it! He gives you a customized nutrition plan, does your body measurements, and lay out your fitness plan. I always walk away about to faint but I feel so great and amazing. I look forward to his workout every time and I can already feel the difference. I'm feeling stronger, healthier, and a lot happier about myself! Strongly recommended!

I highly recommend!! I have been coming to Mike for a little over a month now and I already feel better about my general overall health and appearance. I needed a motivator to get me back on track after a lengthy hiatus from exercise and he has done just that - motivated me. I was feeling very sedentary, lazy and overall "sluggish". After seeing Mike regularly now for the last 5 weeks I no longer feel this way and actually look forward to my sessions with him. He is very open, honest and understanding - things I look for in a trainer or fitness professional. It is easy to talk to him and work with him. He has suggested a specific meal plan to complement my exercise routine as well as supplements and can answer any questions you have on these topics as well. I am following his advice inside and outside of the gym and it is definitely working. I plan to continue with Mike and continue to see amazing results. I would recommend him to anyone who was looking for a trainer.

Mike is an amazing trainer very attentive and informative. He keeps you on track with meal plans, looks into your progress via apps and keeps you on your toes! Whether you are trying to loose 200lbs or if your an athlete trying to stay on your A game he's the one to contact.
