These guys are amazing. From the moment I walked into this gym I felt truly welcome. You will never get bored of the workouts because they are different every day. The coaches push you because they know you can do it. They always come up with fun activities outside of the gym too! Relay events, baseball games, annual beach day! You really need to check them out.

Been a while since I’ve joined a gym because it’s hard to find the right balance of a great workout and atmosphere. I gave this place a shot because my mom and sister talk about it all the time. They not only talk about how good they feel after, but how lovely all the trainers and owners are. And they were right! It’s only been 2 weeks since I’ve joined and I really look forward to going every time! I’m really happy i joined the rebellion nation fam.

They did a guest spot at 1 Fit La Habra and set up a great obstacle course for us. Positive trainers bringing fun and challenging exercises. Very encouraging. Try them out if you're looking for a good time.

Hidden gem! Much more than just a fitness center! This place is very welcoming, accommodating, positive, and encouraging. Great for all levels! This place has so much to offer others with their amazing staff, and an owner that truly cares. I couldn't find a better place to help me on personal journey to change my lifestyle/mental health.Must experience on your own (first class is free)

I was scoping out three gyms in the area; pricing, offerings, environment, skill level, etc. I choose Rebellion Nation because of the trainers and environment. They are so knowledgeable - first couple of days they would ask about any injuries or tenses and would modify the exercises. Every class is something different- I'm literally never bored going to this gym. They try to have people meet one another by hosting events, challenges,etc. I'm so happy with my choice.

I was intimidated starting this new healthy lifestyle journey however with proper guidance from Anthony he helped me to step out of my comfort zone.Now I can do things I’ve never thought of achieving, my form has improved & now I happily lift with intention 💪🏻I can honestly say this location is more than a gym, it’s a community that you must experience for yourself 🙌🏻
