Im a little older, so when I came to Nate to see if he could help with this menopausal weight gain he said yes, I was so excited. I asked Nate if he can design an age appropriate workout, Nate did put a plan together for me with great meal prep ideas and exercise that I can personally do. Nate was attentive to my personal needs and was checking up on me to make sure I was on track and if I had any questions. I also see there is a Valentine’s Day special he is offering which I’m going to sign up for what better way to celebrate Valentines then to take care of my physical heart as well. Thanks Nate for including the older generation.

I would say this place is worth trying out if you want to stay in shape! I’ve been going here for a month now and I can start seeing improvements! It’s one on one personal training for people who don’t like the whole “gym” setting. the instructor is pretty sick

I’ve been working out at home with my own set of weights, which has been ok, but not challenging enough, I had fallen into a rut. I decided to look for a personal trainer and I’m glad I did! The first appointment you schedule helps Nathan understand where you’re at and what you want to do. Nathan not only provides in person training but also includes virtual coaching for those on the spot nutrition questions. Nate Flores is an awesome trainer and an amazing person! He is easygoing, fun to train with and an expert at his craft. I started training with Nate in late 2021 to build back upper and lower body muscle strength. I had avoided exercise for a long time because of autoimmune induced muscle/joint pain that made it difficult to do basic things like lift or carry my 3 year old, not to mention exercise.Starting a workout regimen after a years-long exercise hiatus seemed like a very intimidating undertaking. But Nate made the entire process easy. The workouts with him were always encouraging and a lot of fun. Nate’s skill level and depth of knowledge as a trainer was also impressive. He tailored each workout to accommodate my ever-changing energy and pain level to make sure exercise sets were doable but also challenging.Without a doubt, working with Nate helped me immensely this past year. I regained all-around body strength, the muscle and joint pain decreased substantially and I have just felt better overall. I highly recommend Nate to anyone looking to work with a highly skilled personal trainer!

SCM training club pushes me beyond my limits! Nathan is a great instructor. He is always looking out for his clients to be the best version of themselves. Not only does he have private strength training classes, but he has also started incorporating boxing classes! I highly reccomend this spot especially if you are in the SGV area.

Always positive vibes and good energy when walking into the scm club , Always on call when you need some advice whether it has to do with nutrition advice or workout advice even if I feel pain or strain he’s always there for me when I need him. I been working out with Nate for years now and I am always getting in a good sweat and intense workout I’m always satisfied after a good workout with nate.

Where do I start?!? 😅 Nathan is a phenomenal coach, trainer, friend, and human being! I’ve been training at SCM for several months now, and I am so blown away with the things that my body is able to do! With coach Nate’s guidance and care, I have challenged my body’s strength and limits, and from one week to the next there’s a new surprise personal best. I was seeing such improvement and growth with just one session a week, that I decided I wanted to see the things we can do with two sessions a week. It’s only going up from here!! I highly, HIGHLY recommend SCM Training Club and coach Nate for anyone at any level. You WILL get stronger! Additionally, I really enjoy the Boxing Conditioning once a week on Wednesday nights! It’s great cardio, and the calorie burn is insane! This is a just such a great place with an incredible, supportive, positive energy! Come check it out!! You’ll get hooked! Every workout is a lot of fun and so challenging at the same time! I am very thankful to have found this amazing space! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Come on over! 😁
