I have been going to The Camp TC-El Monte for two months now and have dropped 17lbs. It has been a great experience for me! ALL of the trainers and staff are friendly and helpful. The workouts are intense in a good way. Plus the meal program is very helpful, and you can still enjoy great-tasting meals within them. I have highly recommended it to my friends, and I will do the same to whomever reads this post as well.

this place is awesome. they make you feel comfortable and inspire to do your best everyday you come in. I love this place because its a judgement free zone, you are there to do your best during your workout. all trainers are friendly, helpful and a wealth of knowledge. they have classes available in the mornings or evenings. I been to both depending on what fits my schedule. each class is different and fun. I look forward to the sweat.
