This place is a blessing! So welcoming and inviting!As a woman, and being super sensitive, I am so hesitant to go to gyms. I have been living in this area for about a year and I have not found a gym that I actually wanted to go to. I find myself not wanting to workout when there are too many people.This gym is clean, has amazing vibes, a lot of space & everyone is focused on themselves! I have gone at different times of day and I always find it buzzing, but never too busy.I can workout anywhere, but to find a place I want to come to is harder. This gym has a great space & consistent positive vibes that makes it so valuable!🙏🏼 I look forward to coming here!

The gym is a solid place to work out. The equipment is well-kept, and most gym goers are friendly.In all honestly, they should honestly be charging more.40 bucks a steal.

Great non-chain gym. You avoid the typical masses of people fiddling around doing nothing. Staff is friendly and approachable. Equipment is clean and new or well maintained.

Great gym place! It gets packed at night but if you go around 6-7 am is a more slower time. They have a lot of different machines for working out and the services are always great.

In the evening this gym is crowded… however it’s crowded with people passionate about working out, everyone is super friendly and let you cycle in with no pressure or frustration. It’s incredibly well equipped with all the equipment you’d want! Cannot wait to go back on my next trip to LA

This was my granddaughters idea. She said it was very nice inside when given her tour. The only problem was, she said to many men. I don't think this is such a bad thing. So I would recommend.

If your visiting Monrovia, one of the best gyms around, I am from IL for a week great price, outstanding equipment, a lot of arsenal, Hammer, nice atmosphere. I have trained all over the states, you wouldn’t be disappointed!!

great gym but don't go at 5am-7am because they reserve half the machines for there morning classes and won't be able to get anything done.
