OTF is the best choice I've made! The entire staff is so welcoming and happy. The workouts are different every day which makes it interesting rather than being bored doing the same thing every single day. The trainers walk you through everything which is amazing because it helps motivate you and they make sure you're actually doing everything the right way. The playlists are always great also which is a plus. I would recommend OTF to anyone who is serious about their health and fitness. Considering you book all of your classes it really is important to stick to the commitment you make when joining; especially if you want results!!!! I really do see results already and it's only been a few weeks!

The workouts at OTF are amazing! Every day is a different so you never get the same workout twice. Most of the coaches are encouraging and personal with each member to motivate them. It's a lot of fun!

I love the structure of the workout. It includes both cardio and strength training. The trainers are very motivating, even to those that are going 5 days a week. As an experienced member, they continue to make it more challenging and effective. I have made new friends and love that it is very comfortable and non judgements atmosphere.

I've tried many fitness facilities and Orangetheory is unlike any workout I've done before. I enjoy each class being different from day to day and how each coach provides so much enthusiasm and support. You become so focused on the work you're doing that it's hard to think of anything else, which for me, is a wonderful escape for an hour! I was worried about feeling intimidated, but immediately I appreciated how you can work at your own pace and not feel like you're competeling against others, just yourself. I'm so glad I joined and have been a member since day one....it's a workout I actually look forward to and notice a difference in myself. Thank you!!

Luv luv luv Orange Theory. 1 hour of an intense workout where the trainers push you to get it done. Every workout is different and helps you to increase your endurance. Started in April and I am feeling great and can see the difference in my body. I definitely recommend Orange Theory where you can accomplish your goals and look and feel great!!!

I've been a member since April 2016. I've been to numerous gyms & have taken a variety of weight loss classes such as: Zumba, Crossfit, Bootcamp & more. Since OTF I've stopped all else & have committed to this gym. Every day is a new routine that challenges you to do YOUR very best. OTF provides you with a way to monitor your heart rate & progress which is key. It's the first time that I can honestly see a difference with my strength, fitness and body conditioning .... I LOVE it! The staff is kind, friendly & definitely show a genuine interest in helping each individual reach their goal. The facility is kept clean and organized at all times. This place is gold mind and I'm so happy and proud to be an OTF addict!!!

Hands down the best workout program! I just completed the 6 week weight loss challenge and dropped almost 38 pounds! You get fast results when attending sessions on a regular basis. Staff and trainers are awsome. The 4:45am class is so convenient for those of us that commute into the city.

Orange Theory Fitness is amazing! It combines cardio with strength training in a fun, fast-paced group environment. If you go regularly, you will see results very quickly. It's the only workouts actually look forward to doing and one that I am able to stick with 4-5x a week. The staff at this location is top-notch you are always greeted by smiling faces who make it a point to get to know each member. It is like a family!

I've been going to Orange Theory since it opened in April. I have never been more dedicated with going to the gym bc I actually feel motivated and see the results. I feel healthier and I am so happy I joined. The staff is super kind, accommodating, and helpful. They always welcome each person with a smile. I highly recommend this location!!!

I've been coming here once a week since it opened. Great one hour workout. The space is really clean and everyone is vigilant about wiping down their stations. The workers are super friendly and care about your experience there. The coaches are always respectful and allow you to go at your own pace if you need to. Your only competition is yourself, but working out in this atmosphere is motivating and stimulates you to work at your full capacity (even when you're just starting out). The monitors and summaries help me track my progress and the apps make it easy to schedule my next class.
