The MAX Challenge of Cranford has been the best gym experience I’ve ever had. The staff is the most attentive and caring staff around. They notice when you’re not there and always check in to make sure you’re ok. I couldn’t be happier to be apart of the MAX family!

There are so many positives joining The Max Challenge. They offer multiple early morning classes and afternoon classes that fit people’s work schedules. Next everyone in the class realizes that they are pretty much there for the same thing, so in addition to the energetic fitness coaches everyone is encouraging & supportive of each other. Members are of all age and sizes so you can easily fit right in. I’m glad my wife asked me to join with her. I just ended my week 5 and already noticing a difference in my physique and energy! Looking forward to my end result.

I joined the MAX Challenge of Cranford after I won a 10 week challenge and it was one of the best things that could have ever happened for me. After suffering from M.S. for over 20 years, I was overweight, depressed and unmotivated. The MAX isn’t just a gym, it’s a place where you are allowed to workout at your own pace, with easy to follow nutrition. All the trainers are wonderful and are always available for whatever questions you may have. You become part of a family with constant motivation and encouragement from the other members. From the workouts, ease of nutrition tracking and just the entire atmosphere, it makes you want to come back every day! As member for just over 2 years, I’m 50 lbs down, I have more energy, I eat healthier and it has helped my health overall! From someone who had never worked out a day in her life, I look forward to going to the MAX! So what are you waiting for? Take it to the MAX! Trust me, you won’t regret it!

Cranford group is amazing. I was hesitant about joining another gym however, these classes are like family. I can honestly say this is a zero judgment zone. Every class is modified if necessary, but supported to do your best. Instructors are knowledgeable, motivating, caring, and enthusiastic. I feel supported by not only the other members, but also the trainers. I would highly recommend the max Cranford to anyone, looking to improve their overall wellness.

The Max challenge of Cranford is the only place I’ve been able to commit to long for a regular workout routine. The facility is staffed by excellent trainers who are also great people. Even in the group setting you get personal attention, correction to form and encouragement. We call it the Max family because it truly feels that way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get themselves back on track to a healthier, more fit lifestyle.

There are so many great things to say about The Max Challenge where could I possibly even start! I began my 10 Week challenge 6 months prior to my wedding looking for a change in how I looked and felt mentally and physically and let me tell you Max did exactly that! The coaches are so motivating and always ensuring your form is correct and that they are challenging you. The nutrition plan is easy to follow and prepares you for each new stage. You are never left feeling hungry which was always an issue with other diets and plans I have tried. All in all the max has changed my life; I never thought I’d look forward to going to class each day. Give max a try you will be so happy you did!

The place I keep going back to repeatedly for the holistic fitness I desire! A place fit for all age groups and all fitness levels. The nutritional advice is the best. The Max has exceeded my expectations. The members are a community that checks up on each other when you are missing for a few days. The instructors will text you if you are missing a few days! Accountability is there and it’s an important part of any fitness journey. Although the weekly schedule stays the same the movements change which I also find to be very important in order not to stay stagnant and as you involve in your fitness journey. It’s also beginner friendly because they always offer modifications. The modifications are not only for beginners but for days were you need it because who knows maybe you are sore from the last day! You can also get lighter or heavier weights , there is no pressure on that end. The music changes up which I appreciate so that it does not only cater to one demographic or age group. There is also days in the challenge where you are given the opportunity to self reflect on your goals beyond fitness. The instructors always end the day with positive affirmations and quotes leaving you ready to take on your day. They are very flexible and patient. 10/10 recommend, personal fitness without the price tag!
