I work with Clint at my home or the gym in Millburn. I needed a personal trainer who was capable of working with clients with shoulder injuries after I tore my rotator cuff. Clint is great and has helped me develop my arm muscles to a point that I have been able to avoid surgery! Highly recommended!!!

Unlike some people that used the beginning of the pandemic as an opportunity to get ahead of their fitness, I unfortunately got behind on mine. I hired Clint a year ago to fix that and the results have been satisfying. My energy has returned and I'm finally feeling really strong again! Not all my workouts are perfect but Clint has an innate ability to know which days are appropriate to push hard and which days we need to pull back. Sadly he's not selling any secret pills or potions but if you're willing to put in the work, he can help.
