Nick is a great trainer! He really helps you nail down the basics and fine-tune your form. He also focuses on areas where you can improve and offers alternatives for exercises you may struggle with so that you can work your way up over time. When I started training with Nick, I was off balanced and unstable due to multiple injuries and surgeries. I explained everything to Nick, and he listened and understood everything I said. He tailored my workouts to accommodate my limitations and gave great recommendations on how to do the exercises at home. I have found Nick to be patient, caring, and very motivating.
