Gage, Caleb, and Misraim started the experience of great. They greeted me friendly and professional. They helped me with all of my questions and the best part......they didnt bug me!!!! By that i mean they didnt make me do a rediculous walk through or over kill the rules. They let me enjoy the experience of a new gym and were there for as much as i needed them. Great job guys. definently a great place to work out!!!! P.s. Rollo(my pit bull/service dog said he gives you 10 gold stars lol)

Although the variety of equipment is good at this location, I've been disappointed with the upkeep of some of the equipment. As a cyclist, I use the stationary bikes which seem to be malfunctioning or in states of disrepair every time that I've there. As a transplant from the closed RB location from Dec 2021, this is now the closest location to me. I last visited Dec 5, 2019 and at that time, I let the front desk know that their stationary bikes were not working properly. They let me know that they put in a work order. In January 2022, with the RB location closed, I now no longer had any choice but to transfer to Escondido. I have on several occasions informed the front desk about problems with the stationary bikes (asset tags 3566 & 3567) but have been told that work orders have been put in but yet to see any results.While I understand Covid has impacted supply chain issues for parts, it seems to me they are not doing much to maintain these bikes. I am now seriously evaluating other gyms closer to home that seem to have better maintenance on their equipment.
