Everything was ok until they tried charging me twice for yearly membership in less than 4 months. Counter girl tried showing the bill history acting like they didn't charge. .

I usually only tan there but when I did workout I liked it. It's very clean, employee's extremely helpful.

Love the staff very great. the equipment is great as well, but oh my God it gets overly packed with members to the point where zero machines are available to work out on

There is no trash can in the dressing room . Do you expect a disabled person with limited mobility to walk all the way to the entrance of the men's room to discard trash? Common sense.

Literally about to cancel my membership. All the other gyms have opened up and stay open longer now that covid restrictions are lifting but this place still closes super early which sucks for people who work 2 jobs all day everyday an havent been able to go to the gym I pay for because they choose to stay restricted.

I am at high risk for COVID-19. I froze my membership in September. Despite my account being frozen, they continued to bill me. They just billed me another month's dues. I called to rectify the situation and was treated very rudely by Aaliyah. I'm not sure of the spelling because she refused to tell me how it's spelled. She interrupted frequently and threatened to hang up on me simply for me asking for a refund and for asking her how to spell her name so I could record it with my notes for the phone call.She also put the burden on me to call her manager tomorrow morning. Causing further inconvenience and frustration.If you want to get a membership at this gym, be aware that they don't care about you or your health. They only care about money.If you have a membership here, and you think it's frozen, check your bank statement to make sure. They will charge you even after they told you the fees are frozen.

So I’m not one to go full Karen or anything of that nature but one thing I can’t tolerate is disrespect and lack of professionalism. Front desk clerk Francisco needs to go over work ethics again and should probably wait til after work to hug friends in there work area while someone is trying to pay for something and ask for information and then completely gaffed me off, and the supervisor didn’t even correct it or even bother to help. This ain’t it y’all need to do better last time I come here.

I applied for Chuze Fitness and I hope I can start working. Join society in be comfortable being around people. In be committed to my health. I like to be a sales associate still and learn cashier spot. I pray get interacted better with people around me.
