This particular planet fitness sucks this is my usual gym this place is constantly understaffed and the staff they do have mostly has a pretty bad attitude about customer service the management of the location doesn't care about the customer I had to complain a couple times now and I just won't go back there anymore I don't think

The GM, Mr. Billy, was very helpful and patient. He answered all of my questions to get me onto the right track.The facility was clean and the staff were super friendly.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and welcoming atmosphere created by the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles and enthusiastic hellos. The front desk staff was not only efficient but also genuinely eager to assist with any inquiries I had about the facility.

Just started here, but the people at the front are very helpful and friendly! There are a ton of machines ready to go. The tanning and massage chairs are a bonus that I definitely use! The place is very clean and welcoming!The only thing I would say is it would be nice if people didn't sit on their phones while other are waiting for machines, but I guess this is just the way it is... The rest is GREAT!

Great location always clean. Huge locker rooms lots of private area to get get changed & great showers. U don't need to bring a lock with u as the lockers provide them already

GM is rude and has no clue what a gym is. Don't waste your time while Billy boy the GM is there. If I could give this could a negative a would. Glad I canceled my membership! Going to a real gym!!!

Very clean, modern gym, great equipment and the staff is really nice. Alex helped me with the Black Card Membership and I walked out of there as content as can be. Great experience.

From the time we tried out this facility with day passes the whole experience has been dope. I have been a regular at many many gyms since the mid-90's and this one location tops my list. It isn't just about the amenities, or the equipment ... its the staff. They set the tone of the facility - and the members attitudes reflect that. I have to highlight the AM crew - Izzy! She's on point! Always a smile and a greeting when you walk in, always helpful and a pleasure to speak with - treatment thats been lost at many other gyms. Keep that same energy, PF!

First off, this gym is the cheapest, so the most affordable compared to LA Fitness, Chuze Fitness, and 24 Hour Fitness. Second, I went to all these gyms in person after researching online, and this gym had the most welcoming employee to greet me and answer all my questions. Will, the employee working at the desk, was super kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I did not feel like he was trying to persuade me into anything, and he felt so genuinely honest. Truthfully, besides the good prices here, Will just being honest and kind was the real factor that sold me on getting a membership here! I was so nervous to come into gyms and ask questions, but now I feel a little more confident stepping foot inside.

Very nice and Clean gym and restroom. All new equipment well maintained. The 4 stars is for the showers. Couple of the showers I saw the water wasn’t draining well. I used the one that was unused and it drained well but the temperature of the water fluctuated all the time. My husband said the same about the mens shower not draining well.
