Today my husband was attacked by a employee of planet fitness when my husband checked in this morning he was attacked by an employee of planet fitness, my husband was told he only gets ten visits when he is in fact a black card member. The the employee tackled my husband than picked up my husband and threw my husband across the room while my husband already has a back injury and this is why he has to continue working out with movement. About a few days ago my husband had trouble with a member of the gym while my husband placed his phone to charge on a wall next to a guy who was on a bench a the guy on the bench threatened my his to beat up my husband outside the gym and my husband replied to the other member letting the other member know that there was no need to discuss this ferthger outside the gym because there is no need too. So after the employee attacked my husband the other gym member came over to congratulate the employee that had just battered my husband in the from of the gym. In law this is called alter criminis. This means they planned a crime before they committed a crime. This was all caught in camera. And planet fitness will be sued for this my husband has been in a hospital all day and I will make sure justice prevail. This is organized crime by planet fitness employees..

I would like to say that me and my fiance have been trying to get into many gyms to start working out and so far we haven't found any ,until we met Gustavo at planet fitness at the front desk ,he has shown us far and beyond what we were looking for and helped us tremendously and we are getting a membership today because of Gustavo ,we just want to say thank you so much planet fitness for hiring him and we just want to say thanks Gustavo you have 4 thumbs up from us thank you

Just showed up to get in a quick work out at 925pm, place closes at 10pm. When I arrived there was a handwritten note on the plate glass stating you can't come in after 915pm! They actually had a dude just sitting there to make sure you don't come in. What a joke, switching gyms tomorrow.

I arrived at 9:20 PM all the way from National city and they didn't let me in because they stopped letting in people at 9:15 PM. I mean besides that it was just 5 minutes over I've never seen a gym close that early. I can understand if I arrived 9:45 PM or later that would make sense since they are closing up. But it Is ridiculous they did that. Fortunately I went to nearby Vista Planet fitness and they let me in and I checked in at 9:34 PM. Never liked this location because it is too crowded since it is inside a strip mall and now this incident I definitely don't recommend this location.

Went in and the morning opener was smug and rude because I was a remote member and instead of simply taking note that I was a black card member and paid in full currently, which I was .... refused to allow me use the massage area because the system did not recognize me BECAUSE iM A REMOTE MEMBER! He told me to check with my home club to see what was wrong. He refused to call them himself upon my request because there was NOTHING wrong with my membership. He said it was my problem and that it was NOT his job to see what was wrong with my membership, which there was nothing wrong with it. I had to call. So much for his ability to look my membership on the computer to see I was.not only paid up, but also a black card member.No judgment..... huh..... his name.was luis.... super judgmental and super friendly to his bros when he could talk a out tattoos, vape or some other bro subject or if he thinks he can flirt with you..... but if you need actual professional service then do not count on .... he and his Mgr constantly flirt with each other if they work the same day.... and have no issues with being rude to women or minorities....update....Update 9. 20I did speak to mgmt..... bit seriously what is the point if she is just as unprofessional as Luis. And why doesn't whomever responds to customers on reviews hire quality and professional team members.... what a thought

I go to the one on E Valley Parkway in Escondido. It's pretty clean and they good care of the locker rooms. However, rheybdon have a pool cuz they are too small. The staff is helpful and friendly. Unfortunately my job is retail hrs. I don't get to go as often as I want. Inoat #10/month and an annual fee.

There’s a manager that works there who is very rude and every time I see her she sitting and has the young men who work there do all the work while she flirts with them. It was quite disturbing , I sat at the counter for 10 minutes while she finished flirting with one of the guys I think his name is Jordan (not the one with gauges) then she had the audacity to be upset that I wasn’t fake friendly . Talk about entitlement. After being a member here for 2 years I won’t be coming back to this location she just gives me the ICK

Pros: it's a cheap monthly charge & they seem to keep it clean, if you want to use a treadmill, normally there is one available.Cons: after 2 months of paying the monthly charge, you are charged $50 for equipment upkeep or annual charge, so take into account if you are paying $10 a month and you cancel 6 months later, you really paid $18 a month, which is still pretty cheap. Although sometimes 24/7 has specials so it's about the same.ANOTHER big CON: They have free memberships for teenagers. I canceled mine plan because kids were congregating around the front entrance and coming in snd messing around. I started going to one further that didn't have an issue but it became a pain to go further.

Well it's the gym I go to so yeah I like it. Fee are really cheap and they always have deals going on. Clean lockers rooms with showers. Tanning booths with massage chairs and hydro bed. And the equipment is new looking, just got row machines for that full body workout and cardio. Down side is it gets really busy after about one or two pm.

I usually go every other day, but this week (6/22/23) I skipped a third day and came back to new, upgraded machines and they also added a new rack of weights at the other end of the gym for easier and more access. The only thing they are missing is the cushion part for the smith machines for glutes excersices, always have to wait around for a free one. Overall great staff and clean gym.
