Powerhouse fitness is very upbeat energetic place to go and have a bomb workout! Everybody is always energetic pushing everyone in the classes! No one judges there! Meet new people there! Always makes me want to go back! Definitely will see instant results! Yolis is awesome there! Known her from the beginning! She’s very very talented! She always checks in on you! I would recommend this place 100% Yolis has been nothing short of amazing, results are real, I love that she doesn't try to sell you anything at all (no herbalife being sold to you here by force) she does have recommended grocery lists, meal plans if you join challenges. She helps you live a healthy lifestyle which i love. She customizes workouts for people that can't do certain workouts for whatever reason. She will accommodate you to get some type of workout in, her classes get full, but you won't regret coming here 1 bit. I'm glad I found this place, and have made new friends and enjoy coming to work out in a great environment. Thank you yolis ❤🥰
