It's about time the head instructor, Nick A., opens his own gym! He has such a sharp mind when it comes to jiu jitsu/grappling. He has taught me so much over the years, he's very understanding, likeable, and truly cares about the people he works with. I would highly recommend anyone new to jiu jitsu or experiences to learn under Nick, especially if you're in the Escondido/San Diego area.

Great school coach Nick seems to have a lot of experience and does fantastic with all the kids, even my crazy ones. Very clean, safe and positive atmosphere. Would recommend to anyone from beginner to experienced adults to go and check out it’s worth it.

Nick runs a very organized gym. His instructions are very clear. He is really amazing with young students that are just starting their training program. The gym is kept extremely clean and is very spacious during classes. He has a patient temperament with students of all levels. I would highly recommend him to anyone. His location is easy to access right off the 15 freeway in Escondido.

I just started Jiu Jitsu and I couldn’t be happier to have joined Prism with Nick as the head coach. The place always looks and smells clean. The teaching is very thorough and very hands on. If you’re interested in learning, don’t look any further. Come by have some fun, learn self defense, and have a great workout with the team! It’s also great for kids!
