Great company! From our first contact with Brendan, we knew we had found the right equipment supplier. With an excellent selection of brands and models plus Brendon’s extensive knowledge, we quickly found the rower that was right for us. In short order Paul and Dale delivered our new rower and did a very professional set up, quickly assembling it, and explaining its features. We are very pleased with our new Aviron Rower and quite impressed with Fitness Equipment of Eugene!

I don’t write reviews but this place and people were really exceptional. I hesitated to bring my small treadmill in for repair because I had bought on the internet, not from Fitness Equip.The owner, Paul I think, immediately lifted it onto his floor and began working on it because I happen to come at a non busy time. He chatted and explained his findings. He is a truly nice man. He discovered that a small but important brush holder had broken off. There was no way to order it. He didn’t give up. He rigged by trimming a plastic hand cuff down to a shape where it could work as the holder. His assistant came over to help. This was another really nice person. They both worked intensely in this very small fuse area. It was obvious that they were both eager to get this thing working. They plugged it in and it worked perfectly. I think they were both as happy as I was. Although I tried hard, they would accept no payment. The no payment part has nothing to do with prompting this review. I just wanted to point out that money isn’t the only concern in this business.They have a huge inventory. When I need fitness equip. I reached out to see about having my treadmill fixed and was promptly given a date and time. Paul came out and fixed it no problem. He was extremely nice and professional and walked me through everything he did while also educating me on maintenance that I should be doing to the treadmill. Amazing customer service! I was searching for service and repairs on a treadmill purchased through Sears several years ago but Sears no longer has technicians to do this in our area anymore. I called these guys up and they were very helpful and prepared to get my treadmill working properly again. Thank you!

My wife and I purchased a recumbent stationary bike and the sales experience was easy thanks to the help of Brendan. Just prior to the delivery date, I had a conflict arise and I called Fitness Equipment and they gladly changed it to the next day. When the bike was delivered, the team of Paul and Neil arrived on time and were dressed very professionally. They set the bike up in a spare bedroom and then helped me by moving an old treadmill into the garage. I really appreciated their willingness to take the time to go the extra mile as the treadmill was heavy and I could not get it through the door and down the steps into the garage.I would HIGHLY recommend Fitness Equipment of Eugene if you are in need of exercise equipment.
