My favorite gym and still is after over a decade. Nice set up and friendly staff. It's affordable too! I recommend the premium membership it is worth it! Would be 5 stars if they had private showers but there very much like highschool showers 😂 …

Closed our gym with no notification AND just charged me for my membership. The only open gym in both eugene and Springfield has turned off their phone. Im not traveling across 2 cities to work out. Thieves and liars run this company.UPDATE: They won't notify their customers when they close a gym, but they can e-mail, text, and call when you lock your credit card and they don't get paid.

This is a review of Redwood Personal Training that operates at Elements Fitness Centers. I was a member at the West Eugene Elements. I paid in full for personal training for a year. Used 10 sessions before Elements closed. They will not issue a refund. DO NOT PAY IN FULL FOR TRAINING. I would go to Oakway, but it's 50 minutes round trip. Also, they don't pay their trainers well. I heard they get $10 per 1/2 hr. session, when Redwood charges $45.

They will gladly take your money. Good luck trying to cancel your membership. I was told that is all i had to do was call and cancel, now they hang up on me when I ask to cancel or for anyone that I can talk to about it. I am now forced to contact the BBB and reverse all charges from this horrible company. As for the gym, it is in constant construction. The layout and "new" showers are horrible. The pool is never clean and the equipment and pads on the equipment is in poor condition. The weight machine choices are very poor as well as the free weight selection. I am giving them a 1 star because I can't give them zero stars.

I would also give 0 stars if I could. This review is nothing against the employees or workers of this gym but rather the owners. The owners are money driven, business hungry, sneaky and untruthful. I would not trust them with any information. THEY WILL DO WHATEVER THEY CAN TO TAKE YOUR MONEY>Oakway FiiT (previously Elements) use to be a part of 3 gyms Elements Health Club owned. Two of their gyms closed in June, giving their members AND their employees a five day notice that the facilities would be permanently shut down. Many people like myself decided to quit our membership because the location is not ideal AND this is the smallest of all the gyms. There is barely any machines and it’s always crowded, not cleanly. How they expected to transfer 100+ members from two gyms combined into one small location is beyond me.I was told I had to email their membership services to cancel and I did as soon as I heard the building was closing (June 22). My billing cycle rolls around on the 29th, I get billed even though I emailed to cancel. It has taken 3 weeks and multiple emails from myself to finally get a response as of this morning. They responded saying I needed to give a 30 day notice. I’m sorry but if you tell your members and employees 8 days prior that you will be closing, how do you expect to give a 30 day notice? Additionally, they had been remodeling the bathrooms and system for the past few months at Oakway and emphasized how one of the perks of this facility was it’s remodel. If you weren’t planning on shutting down the other gyms ahead of time why put the money into Oakway? What bugs me about this is that there was no transparency and they waited until the ended of the month to tell everyone so they could get one more month of membership fees from its members.I also had an incident with Elements Health Club two years ago. I went in to end my membership because I sustained an injury, I signed the paperwork and everything. I was told I had one more month cause I had to give a 30 day notice which in this case was totally understandable cause it was their policy. Six months later I get a call saying I got sent to collections because they never ended my membership in their system and I had been charged for all the months that were never paid. When I talked to them on the phone and provided all the agreements I signed to end they still made me pay $200.Long story short, don’t trust their billing. Don’t trust their membership. I will never sign up for this gym or company again. I hope the owners get what they put out in this world.

The way they have remodeled the men's locker makes it very unfriendly for trans men. It used to have a little bit of privacy to change into and out of swim trunks but not anymore. The only family bathrooms are upstairs and the entrance to …

If I could give 0 stars I would. Filthy facility, unprofessional staff who are disrespectful and rude, and broken equipment throughout the club. No hooks in shower to hang towels and no soap. Facility has changed their names multiple times to avoid a bad rep… stay far away!! Better off going to a $10 gym like planet fitness.

This gym has many rooms and a great layout, I'd recommend it to hobbyists, and serious lifters. Oh and the staff were pretty accommodating. All n all a quality place I'd say.
