Ashley is a phenomenal leader who paves the way for whichever way your goals are intended. She is extremely knowledgeable and will teach you long term, and life long skills to apply moving forward with your own fitness journey. She customizes your own monthly workout regimen and personalizes it to your goals.

If you are thinking about working with a personal trainer, you really need look no further. Ashley is someone who is knowledgeable, personable, an honest and open communicator, a motivator, and she is dedicated to her passion. She will take moments out of her own personal time just to check on your meals for the day, and you can text her at any time with questions or concerns regarding your physical health or workouts. She genuinely cares to see others happy in the body they are in, and maintain healthy eating habits at the same time (which does not include strict dieting!!) At the gym, she is easy to talk to and will make modifications in workouts as needed .she may push my limits sometimes on the weight, but its never nothing i cant handle, more so rather she knows i can handle it but wont push myself. Anyways, 10/10 would recommend A.F !!!

Ashley is amazing to work with! She is extremely knowledgeable, yet remains humble and doesn't make assumptions about anyone's health or capabilities. She is very honest and is a great communicator. Ashley is very reasonable and fair when scheduling and making arrangements. She challenges you and pushes you to reach your unique goals. All types of people and bodies would benefit from training with Ashley, I highly recommend reaching out and seeing what she can do for you!

Ashley is a great coach. She is always readily available to you. She is compassionate, friendly, nonjudgmental, and always willing to go the extra mile to help with any questions you have regarding your journey. I have never worked with someone who will take time out of her own day to check on me regarding nutrition and how my week has been going with my daily workouts she has put in place for me. I would highly recommend Ashley to anyone who is in search of starting a new journey to getting healthy and happy.

Working with Ashley has been an amazing experience. Her attention to detail and the passion she shows her clients is appreciated. She makes her programs individualized, works on nutrition and is always willing to explain the whys and how’s regarding her steps. I have seen great progress already and my mental health has improved greatly. She knows when to push and she is always willing to listen. Definitely recommend her services.

As a Marine veteran and prior law enforcement officer, Ashley not only challenged me gave me the proper tools I’ll need throughout my lifetime of physical fitness.
