Longtime member that continue to be impressed by the service and cleanliness. The variety of classes and the times suits my busy schedule nicely. Can't recall last time I had to wait for a machine or weights. The protein shake bar offer tasty fresh fruit shakes at value prices. The sauna is always a relaxing treat to soothe aching bodies. I like hassle-free ability to suspend fees when away on business.If it is value, service and convenience you are looking for, I strongly recommend. If it is low price, it is not expensive but there are cheaper gyms.

Usually full of the "older crowd", so I never had to deal with gym rats or people scream grunting while lifting weights. Very quiet, peaceful. Never felt self conscious

This is a good location with plenty of equipment. The only downfall is the cost of membership. It is much more expensive than most fitness centers.
