I would like to edit my review after I received a call from the owner. He was very apologetic and kindly refunded the amount debited from my account. I was able to cancel my membership. The owner handled the situation with grace.

They Said no contract that’s why I was okay with paying more monthly then normal gyms in the area and that was the selling point for me and now I moved away I can’t cancel and charges me every month and won’t let me cancel. Place sucks! Just go to work out world, more room there anyways

i love this gym. it has everything you could want for equipment and the staff is awesome.

I attempted to cancel my membership and found out that I needed to pay a balance. I gave them my card over the phone to pay the balance over the phone. They probably took the info incorrectly and Now 3 months later I receive a collection notice with a bill three times the amount I assumed I paid. I called to talk to someone to understand what happened I spoke to a Matilda who was very rude, talking over me. I asked her for an email to write to the manager she was rushing the email instead of repeating the email she hung up on me. I called back she didn’t pick up. Apparently they never canceled the account and is billing me and she refused to hear me. I offered to show the police report where I lost my wallet and had to replace the card. She is very rude. And now I am stuck with a bill that continues to grow because their assistant is refusing to assist and attempt to resolve the issue even after I offer to provide a report where I lost my wallet. I was a faithful customer for a year until I decided to cancel my membership.

Womens floor is great! Also, Matilda is so sweet & makes the best shakes!

This is a better place than anything else around. It's clean open and up to date. Most importantly to me is the people. From the owner to the receptionist. Everyone has great attitudes and are willing to help whenever I needed anything. What a nice kept secret this place.

The wife goes here. She likes it because they have a women's only floor and a sauna. I've only been there a couple times but good spot to take care of your health

Best gym in the area. Constantly adding new, innovative equipment as well as maintaining all of the existing equipment. I was blown away when they reupholstered a handful of machines that still work, and are probably 30 years old. Day passes are $10 for anyone who hasnt gotten an answer. I ended up joining as my second gym.
