I went a few years back for one class, when I bought a package they took my money but canceled all the classes I signed up for them closed down. When I asked for my money back, they refused to give it to me. They gave me a story that they were helping a sick family member. While I am sympathetic to that, I did not give my money as a donation. I never got my money back. That was a rip off.** edit: I just saw the response and I can assure you it was not an error .. I can happily give you my contact info to give me a refund! It’s wild you would think it’s an error when you took my money and I never got the service I asked for!

I attended SALT as a guest of a member and did a short membership prior to the mall closing. I am just returning since the pandemic and I still feel the same, they are great!The workouts are the perfect amount of time and all of the instructors take the time to make sure you are getting the most of the workout. The atmosphere is great is too!

I can’t speak for everyone but I’m sitting with five friends at work and we all have a similar issue where we were scammed and never received money back after signing up for challenges or memberships. This has been an ongoing issue for years. Your most recent reviews aren’t lying about it and the ones before that are 3-5 years old before the scamming began.

This business is not legit. They offer great deals, tell you what you want to hear, take your money and close shop. Myself and some friends were robbed by Andre and Shaun for yearly memberships paid in full, similar to the most recent review, they cancel classes and then close down entirely all within 3 weeks of taking payment. Without refunds and ignored countless complaints from the BBB ( Better Business Bureau). Buyer beware if you decide to join their next scam.

I love SALT! It has helped me incorporate exercise into my busy schedule. The instructors and staff are amazing. I’ve been a member for about 6 months now and I can definitely see results.
