I started at Strategic about 5 months ago with no experience in crossfit. I can not believe the results and process I've seen in my body and myself. All the coaches are amazing and truly want to see you push yourself, use proper technique and succeed. It's a great environment, all the athletes are always encouraging one another and pushing each other. I always look forward on days im attending class. THANK YOU BRENDAN AND ELISE creating such a wonderful, comforting place to enjoy ourselves, have fun, and get fit!
