We thought this would be a great place for a toddler to start since they have a program of wat they called Little dragon which ages 3-6 yo. unfortunately we were wrong. If theres an option for a zero star thats wat i wod give to this place. So disappointed with how they evaluate the kids esp.a 3 yo. They expect too much for a 3 year old. They have an offer for $39 trial 3 weeks evaluation and in that 3 weeks we only have to go there twice/wk. Weve only brought our child 4x and they already failed him and telling us to come in 6 mos or so because based on their evaluation (not even end of 3 weeks yet) our child doesnt understand their instructions (which is not true can prove it with video). It hqs only been the 4th visit. To us its like saying that our child is stupid or anything which triggers my ego. They fail our child after not being able to do good in one day out of 4 visits. Our child is 3 yo and smart enough to follow commands as a 3yo should be.This place should have never have this program for toddlers coz its seems that they are not ready how to handle this age group. I remember Kim said that we if the kids doesnt do good at first they will make sure that they will and make it to work out. Apparently that is not whats happening in our situation.I dont even care about the money we paid for the 3 weeks. For the 3rd visit that we brought our son i remember Hannah saying that our child does not understand instruction and that he only copies what other kids do. She makes me so mad coz ive seen it on my own eyes how my child responded so well whatever they teach .There maybe times that my child gets distracted (well theres alot of families watching) and thats what kids at this age do. P.S. I can totally prove it in all the videos i took. Then, sending my child alone to the bathroom and left my child choose which door he is going to enter. He is 3 y.o.how cod you expect a 3y.o to go to the bathroom that hes not familiar with by himself. Thanks God my child is potty trained well and able to hold urine for long.Weve taught our child not to enter into places thats unfamiliar. My child is growing up cautious ever since. We were not even toured around at the beginning. To me this place just expect so much for a toddler to perform so advanced in their age. Literally i believe that all 3 y.o will fail in their evaluations and will end up telling you to come back in 6 mos. Dont even bother sending your 3yo and pay $39. This maybe good for teens but i would not recommend this place for a 3 y.o. such a waste of time.

So I really didn't want to have to get into this but I'm left with no choice, so 2 weeks ago I took a seizure which means I cannot legally drive for a while so that being said my husband took our daughter to her taekwondo class the next day but because he works crazy long hours they ended up 4 minutes late only 4 friggin minutes guys and because of the 4 minutes she was sent home despite my husband explaining the reason,so needless to say we had to pull her out of taekwondo because his work schedule and my health, however we paid 6 months upfront and still have 3 months left and they are refusing to give us the remainder of our money back....we are very upset about this and it's not rocket science we are owed a refund for the months of September, October and November. It's that simple.....no where in the contract does it state that if we have to cancel that we loose our money... has anyone else ever dealt with this kind of situation?
