WOW! Work Out World of Fall River

Work out world has done a 180. There is a cleaning lady who is constantly cleaning and she does a phenomenal job. The gym has plenty of equipment and the hours work perfect. Everyone there is really nice. I’ve been going to Wow for over 15 yrs on and off and it’s getting better with age…. I wish they would get 100lb dumbbells but 95 will do for now…

I definitely recommend Personal trainer MFT Steve Britto. I have been training with him and he always gets the best out of me. He's very professional and you can tell on the first day that he knows what he's doing.

This gym is scandalous with business dealings. I moved last February 2022 it is now 09/29/2022. I informed them I was moving at the time I moved in Feb. and they said they would stop charging since I was moving out of state. They LIED… they kept charging me every month. I called them each time for months and they said over and over “we have it fixed now.” They LIED…. I had to close my checking account to stop them fraudulently billing me. They are still trying each month and calling me with the nerve to ask for updated billing. I tell them again I do not live there and haven’t since February! Don’t worry though… they’ll call me again next month. Here’s your proof you can’t fix idiots. Do not do business with them!! Find a gym with good business ethics!! UPDATE - 08/2023 THEY ARE STILL TRYING TO BILL ME!! DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMING BUSINESS.

This place is clean and have a good personal trainer program. I took off 1 star because the music is too loud and obnoxious. You can hear it over headphones it's so loud. Not my kind of atmosphere. I took off another star because they do not enforce their rule about not wearing perfumes. Allergy central, especially in the women's locker room/bathroom. I no longer have a membership here due to these reasons.

The experience I have had with WOW is the worst ever. I had a membership for many many years and tried to cancel multiple times. They make it impossible to do that. After years of paying for my membership and not going, I decided to start the process which almost entails giving your first born. They continued to charge me after I canceled. I just found out almost 4 years later that they sent what they charged me to collections but never notified me. Stay away from WOW if you can they make it so easy to sign up but impossible to cancel....

The gym is fine. But the personal trainer are the worst the red wood is money hungry. But the trainer Nathan G is the best he Ashley cares about his client so if you do decide to use redwood ask for Nathan the rest of them sucks

Vicky or however you spell it ...this person said they were a manager and proceeded to play as if he may or may not be based on my question that I had at the time. Can't believe this is really the way people dish out customer service these days. Incredibly rude....why gate keep anyone from speaking to management?

The staff is very friendly. But I think the gym is a little too expensive for what it is worth. The gym need to be updated with better interior etc. The women’s room does not look very inviting and the carpet is old. Overall the gym needs an upgrade to make it more inviting to the guest.

Super excited to come in for every training session. They work with you on whatever your goals are and help you see and reach goals you didn't even know you had. This is probably the best gym I've ever been to in my entire life. Congrats Fall River WOW. Best gym around!! You have everything and so much of it. Even an all Woman's room, a spin room, huge locker rooms areas, massive amounts of Ab apparatuses, an insane amount of free weights and equipment and an amount of space to make any gym jealous. Wow is all I have to say!!
