I been waiting 3 months to get my kids in and finally did! Thank you God I LOVE it here we LOVE it here…we started last year at a different gym didn’t feel comfortable to leave them a review yet…but here we been coming for four weeks and the kids said I want to be at THIS gymnastics gym…I LISTEN when babies have a request and I understand why…FIRST: The teachers WOW Ms. Sydney , Ms. Sue, Ms. Kelly ALL OF em just sunshine ! Positive, educated, strict when they need to be….building bodies AND character which I love! I am more of a softer parent and I learned a lot from them already how to be assertive yet gentle! Ms. Sue is such a leader when being a teacher especially to children to me it’s important to also be a positive leader .The gym!!! So intelligently and safely set up! I seen em run 3 full classes together with NO issues ! Also it’s VERY clean! My older daughter likes to linger after class and I allow her because she enjoys it here and I seen Ms. Sydney thoroughly cleaning the areas after class. I was like this is a super woman for sure dealing with all these kids and parents with such high and positive energy AND cleaning thoroughly after like girl teach me the ropes hehe. I give this facility 5 stars NO DOUBT and wish to donate to them in the near future as my finances grow because children in our community deserve to have a standing place like this. Whomever running it and hiring the staff you are excellent ! Thank you please don’t stop

We just started back post pandemic and had our 3 yos birthday party here. It is an amazing, very special place! The birthday party was perfect! They do not allow food there but we live close by and most folks came over after for food and cake. The kids had a blast! Highly recommend!!!

The classes and the coaches are great but the registration management is a nightmare: very stressful every month on 15th, you have to re-register for your kids, if you just a few second late, the spot are all filled. Horrible experience! It takes forever to get a makeup class, they don’t have any makeup class system, just fill up your kid’s name on a piece of paper. It is not transparent so you don’t know how it works and when you will get a makeup class.

I have had a very bad experience with this facility recently. We have paid thousands of dollars for My kids have to go to classes here and have birthday parties over the past 5 years. Recently during the pandemic we put down a deposit for a birthday party and obviously could not have it for obvious reasons. We have tried for months to get the down payment back and the only thing we hear back is that the contract said no refunds. And while I understand why this statement would be in a contract for most reasons, we have not been through anything like a pandemic in the recent past and I don't think this was on anyone's radar. My daughter was not able to have her party which was sad and to add to that, they are stating the contract said they would not return a down payment. In a time when airlines, banks and others are showing flexibility, you would a place like this would show some customer service. I guess they do not appreciate our business and because of this issue we now have no reason to return. They would have probably received quite a bit more business from us if this had not occurred. Hopefully in the future they are more forward thinking and think about the business they could get from families by providing a higher level of customer service in the present.

My daughter, the fourth child of mine who has been at this center, has been faithfully enrolled all year round since she was 2 years old. She is 8 now, and because of the pandemic, they now do Monthly enrollment. I went on the site the day registration opened, and unfortunately got out on the waiting list for October. My daughter has not missed a class in 6 years except during COVID shut down. With that loyalty and the loyalty of my other 3 children, who are now adults, I was confronted with, sorry there is nothing we can do. Typically, with reoccurring students, I would think she had an automatic spot, and people new to the class would be on a waitlist. I cannot believe after 6 years, I am now being forced to find another gymnastics center. Where is the customer appreciation and loyalty? So sad, and upset for my daughter, who now has to start all over.I must also mention that during the pandemic, I donated money to help keep the doors open; just to get kicked out. No gratitude what so ever.

Bad customer service!!Make sure your waiver information is signed by the parent!! grandparents are not allowed to sign the waiver forms after I bundled up a six-month-old a three-year-old my nanny helper and myself to go to open gym they wouldn’t allow the waiver form.. this is After I talk to them the day before I registered her under my name the grandparent told them I was coming to open gym. They never said anything about the waiver form have to be signed by a parent and let me bundle everybody up and go back home poor Customer service very poor! Very upset!!I recommend the Little Gym!

I have been bringing my kids here to preschool open gym for a long time but have decided after today we will no longer come. I brought my toddler (who absolutely loves this place) and my older son (10, who use to come when he was a Toddler and even has had a birthday party there) because he's on spring break and likes to see his younger brother have fun. He understands that he is not to be on the equipment and is well behaved. Right after I paid we were told that my oldest son had to stand at the front wall and could not walk around with my son! I asked why and said "he just wants to walk around and watch his brother." I was told it's her bosses rule and she would get in trouble. I was torn on what to do! My youngest has been asking to come almost everyday for a month so I really didn't want to disappoint him. So I went walking around the gym with my youngest and left my oldest at the front wall. After about 10 minutes of thinking I decided I was going to leave and complain to the owner because it was almost like my oldest son was in trouble standing in timeout or something and he did nothing wrong! When I went up to my oldest son to tell him what I was going to do the lady who worked there asked the owner if he could walk around with us and the owner said yes. We finished the open gym and left with out incident but I still can't stop thinking about how poorly my oldest son was treated for no reason. This is a place that teaches children of all ages. They should not be assumed that they are bad and don't know how to listen.
