This place, and my trainer Adam, has it all. They work with my (sometimes crazy) schedule. My workouts are tailored to my physical abilities & limitations and to my exercise goals. Adam is creative & fun (and ensures my proper form). Well worth the money!

I have been going here for two weeks and I cant recommend it enough for anyone looking to work out with a trainer. I work with Adam and Emily and they are terrific. Both are highly certied and work you to your full potential. Everyone from FT are there to help you get to a better you.

I've been going to Fitness Together for the past 6+ months and have had an incredibly positive experience. I "thought" I was in decent shape when I began but realized just how much better I could feel with supervised instruction and motivation. I'm much stronger, but more importantly I'm more flexible and my balance has increased dramatically. I started playing softball again and Adam tailored my workouts to suit that activity. Even more impressive is the way Adam helps me recover from and avoid injuries. I feel like he's my doctor as I bring in my aches and pains and he stretches and manipulates them away during our comfortable but sweaty workouts. I never miss my sessions. I highly recommend Fitness Together-Novi. The entire staff is friendly and knows you by name. My personal trainer, Adam has factored my physical limitations to create a workout for me to achieve my goals.... crossing off an item on my bucket list (Mt Vesuvius)! Before I started personal training with Fitness Together, I was going to physical therapy after I had an arthroscopic knee surgery for a chronic injury, and stopped my workouts because I felt weak in my knees. Now, two years later, I can say that my experience with fitness together has far exceeded any expectations I might have had. The staff has been amazing. My shoulders and knees feel healthy and stronger than they have in many years. I’m extremely grateful to Charles Lacasse for transforming my life --helping me to regain my strength, my physical health, and my self-esteem. Charles helped me discover the strength and flexibility moves necessary to whip those lower-body-knee protecting muscles into shape, and today, my knees are ouch-free. Charles is down to earth, respectful, and surprises me with progressive reps in every session so I don’t get bored and I’m always looking forward to my workouts. I finish each session feeling sore in my muscles in the most glorious and satisfying of ways. I’m motivated to watch my diet and definitely living a healthier life style with the support from Fitness Together.

Nick and Charles are the best trainers. They have been very supportive and encouraging as I have lost more than 50 pounds. I’m so glad I tried out Fitness Together. More muscle, less fat and much better eating habits. It has been a life changing experience.
