10/10!!! I have had a great experience at OTF Commerce. My biggest regret is not joining sooner! I have been trying to get in shape and workout consistently for a while, but was struggling to self-motivate myself. My sister recommended I try OTF, as she had recently become a member herself in East Lansing and loved it. It turns out it was exactly what I needed! The workouts are set for you, you get a full-body 60 min workout, and the coaches are fantastic.Coach Steve is amazing. From my first class with him he recognized I was new, asked my name, then remembered it each class after! He is extremely motivating and has a unique ability to push everyone in the class at the same time. It is evident he has a passion for fitness and watching people achieve their fitness goals!If I weren’t moving out of state I would continue going to the classes at OTF Commerce every week. If you are someone struggling to keep yourself accountable for working out on your own, Orange Theory is for you!!

I have been working out at OTF for last 5 years. It is a comprehensive, well planned, fast moving, enjoyable coached workout. All I have to do is focus to get the most out of it. Coaches, video demonstration and instructions help achieve the most on a given day. Instructions are clear, coaches are excellent at time management helping to keep up intensity. At the start of each class coach gives a run down for the workout and focus for given class. Focus is reiterated as needed. Studio is clean. Desk staff is helpful, polite and knowledgeable.
