The workouts are challenging, and the coaches know how and when to challenge you even more.The front staff is really friendly and takes the time to know each person. If you are just getting into it or super fit and looking for a different challenge, I definitely recommend OTF - Commerce Township.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Coaches are excited to be there and provide a great work out environment. I haven't enjoyed going to a workout class this much in a long time!

Good workout but not worth the terrible customer service. I gave them my 30-day notice to cancel like my membership agreement required but they billed my card for an additional 30 days over and above the contractual requirement. I called and inquired and never got a call back from management. I sent a follow-up email a few days later and still no response. Now I have to dispute the charge with my credit card . I've referred 4 of my friends/family to various OTF locations - those referrals will stop.

GREAT workout for any fitness level! Every time I leave class, I feel so proud of myself. The staff are all very supportive and work with you so you get the best workout possible.

I like the motivation from the TV's to see my heart rate all throughout class. I love the different areas of the work out and I love the fact that I was able to run on a treadmill for 30 min with the different interval training. I was sold after my first class! I felt so great after the class and like I actually got a really great/intense work out.

I was a member from the Farmington Hills studio and was very disappointed with the way that studio treated their customers/patrons. I loved the theme and the workout of Orange Theory, so I thought let me try another location. The closest one to me would be the Commerce Twp. location, I called over there and was extremely delighted at the way the staff treated the customer at this location. The owner actually called me to understand my concerns and my past experience(Thanks Mike). So I joined this studio and, though this location is about 2 miles further away from my home but the coaches and the staff make this extra time well worth the extra time and drive.The coaches work with you help you get your form right, the staff knows you as a person. This makes your experience more personable and would definitely recommend this location to all.

I loved everything about coming to this studio the past month. They made me feel confident, welcomed, and amazing right away. All the clients were incredible too and I considered many of them my friends. I also greatly appreciated the fact that the studio worked around my weird schedule. I was a college student that was interning in the area, and all the workers at the GR OTF worked with me to make sure it became possible I could workout there. After my first class I was hooked and went almost everyday that month. I dropped a ton of weight, grew stronger, and became more fit right away. I really appreciate everything this studio did for me to help get me back on track with my fitness goals and help making me feel confident.
