I have been working withJulie for 7years now and I have made tremendous progress in the flexibility and strength of my body, especially my spine. I am much toned and fit. It feels great to go to her classes. I highly recommend her.

At the age of 50 after years of weight lifting I tore my rotator cuffs on both shoulders in the same year. My physical therapist suggested Pilates as a venue to get back into an exercise program and I thought he was out of his mind. It was great and Julie was great. She is very knowledgeable and with Pilates being totally outside the box for me she was also very patient. I moved out of the area and missing it to the point I am now researching a Pilates program locally. You'll love the experience including Julie and her leadership.

Pilates is exercise for life and Julie is a great teacher for Pilates.Julie provides classes that challenge you while moving at your own pace. When I would accomplish a particular movement Julie would challenge me by adding on something new, in this way the classes are never the same and I was always getting stronger. Her classes are fun, challenging, exciting and are taught in a bright studio. If you're looking for a Pilates class that you can do for the rest of your life I recommend Julie at Pilates Barre.
