Krysia’s classes are THE BEST! She’s so good at calling out cues to get your body in the perfect position to get the most out of each workout and targeting all the muscles. The music is also a 10 out of 10 amazing every time!

I’ve been coming to Thrive for over two years. I have seen a difference in my health and wellness, and it feels good. The hot Pilates class is different every week and Krysia is the best. I love that she changes up the music in the workouts every week. I Thrive !! 🧘♀️ namaste. 5 ⭐️ …

Very clean, friendly and highly professional. I haven't been there in years, came in today and was greeted like I had never left. Love this place, left feeling absolutely fantastic and relaxed.

I take a Pilates course hosted by Krysia. She's an excellent instructor and I like the overall positive energy. We're told to go at our own pace but I still leave the class with no doubt that I had a hell of a workout! This helps reduce the bad aches and sores born from older age and sedentary living. I'm feeling stronger and healthier, even if I'm feeling the good sores from tearing up my muscles. 🙂

I’m a pretty regular yoga student at various yoga studios in the SE Michigan area. This is definitely not a place for a somewhat advanced yogi. All other places I’ve been to regardless of the difficulty levels of each class allows some level of independence to the people who have paid money to practice there. This instructor was outright mean and told me not to do something advanced that I was trying on my own mat without disturbing anyone around. That’s absolutely against the spirit of yoga. It completely ruined my practice and

I have some great things to say about this place. Nice variety of teachers and classes. Pleasant teachers. Mostly nonjudgmental students. Sanitary, well kept environment. On the downside schedule changes often, Class packages expire, drop in classes exceed what’s normal other places which used to be OK when classes were 90 minutes but now mostly 60. The combination of these things that make it difficult to be a standard a part of my routine.

I love this studio, the instructors, and the friends I have met. Yes, it’s a little smelly but that’s one of the after affects of any studio where you practice in 105 degree heat. I’ve visited other studios out of state and this remains my favorite by far. I’ve learned something from every teacher to enhance my practice, and every instructor has been encouraging. Although I have yet managed to do a perfect posture, I see growth after every practice, improved flexibility, better sleep and better focus.

A little over three weeks ago I walked into my first yoga class ever and I can’t stop going. I wish that I could go everyday, but life doesn’t permit. My first class was with Sarah (Farmington Hills) and she is just so great. Everyone is so welcoming and has their own style of the practice. I’ve noticed a change in the way I feel overall and of course with my flexibility; I’m happy I took the step and went because it was quite intimidating. Maybe one day I’ll try the Troy location as well.
