Kirk has always been the best !!! I’m excited to see what he can do with my kid !!!

Kirk is incredible. He's out-of-this-world knowledgeable about how the body works and moves. He works with everyone from Olympic athletes to the chronically obese, and has made life-changing improvements to hundreds of people. I trust Kirk with my health and the health of my daughter, and I recommend him to anyone I looking to get in shape, looking for help with a nagging injury, or looking to take their athletic performance to the next level.

I used to train with Kirk during my high school career over ten years ago. He's made a lasting impression on me and still think of and utilize his tips. He and the Triad staff were extremely knowledgeable about body mechanics and the muscular system. His advice is very pragmatic and helps after the first session. I remember Kirk and Triad fondly, I wish I found them sooner.

Kirk Vickers is the closest thing to a doctor without actually being a doctor. He understands movement and how the body supposed to function. He really has a niche and helping athletes recover from injury and aging athletes increase their speed and agility. My son’s high school football team (Lutheran Westland HS) trained with Triad last year in the preseason and their conditioning was so good that they ended the season with a 10-1 record and won the conference championship for the first time in school history. Highly recommended!

Kirk Vickers is extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. I have recommended many people to go see him. He’s helped me personally and has helped out others in my family. I go to the early morning workouts 3-4 times a week. Whether it’s an injury, an exercise routine, if it’s regarding your health he’s a tremendous resource.

Kirk Vickers is a wealth of knowledge and I've referred several patients to him. As a chiropractor, I like how Kirk works outside of the box with people to help them recovery from injuries, improve their performance and live a better quality of life. Kirk helped me recovery from a knee injury and my own son from a shoulder injury from hockey. I highly recommend Kirk and Triad Performance Training.

Excellent facility! Kirk’s knowledge combined with his years of experience is unmatched. I run a physical therapy clinic and Kirk is the only trainer I would trust my patients with! Do yourself a favor and check this place out. Whatever it is in your life that you want to change, Kirk can help you succeed!

Triad Health and Fitness is a cut above the rest of training facilities. Kirk and his staff cater to any age, level of athlete, and sport. I was so impressed with the amount personal attention and knowledge the staff at Triad has.One item that continues to impress me is the diversity in the training each week. We aren't constantly doing the same drills or exercises. They are always mixing up the fitness to keep the body guessing and muscles shocked. The environment is sensational and the equipment is endless. Triad is loaded with everything from punching bags, tires, TRX bands, free weights, traditional machines, hockey nets/sticks, tornado balls, jump ropes, medicine balls and plenty more.I highly recommend Triad to anyone who is looking fulfill a fitness goal.
