How hard is it to replace the paper towels in the morning? All three paper towel racks empty at the far end of the gym. Told the girl working there standing behind the counter doing nothing and she said she would get to it. NOT! The only good employee in the morning is the young man that greets everyone, empties trash and fills up the paper towel racks!!! C'mon man!!!

It’s a gym like most others. But there is a quite energetic guy that greets very enthusiastically when you enter the gym and gives a congratulatory clap after your workout, leaving the gym. It’s quite motivational.

I recently started going to this gym and it has been a pleasant experience. Ronald, a staff member at the location, is normally there first thing in the morning to offer lots of encouragement and inspiration! It’s definitely appreciated!!

There’s a new hire; Ronaldo who has changed things around at this gym. He is full of energy, always welcoming as I and others come in, and has been the only one I have seen cleaning the equipment (been going here for several years). He is full of energy and genuine. I hope PF is treating him well. If they lose him it will go back to the lack of personalities at the gym and uncleanliness. Great find.

I’m so happy this facility is close to home. It’s easy to go in just to sit in the massage chair and use the total body machine whenever I want. It’s clean and the staff is super friendly. I’ll start exercising soon. 🤗 …

Traveling for work and this gym is definitely on the nicer end of the planet fitness spectrum. I would recommend this gym.

Good but the showers consistently take 2 to 5 minutes to warm up. I'm rather patient so I can wait, but that's kind of a long time. There's adequate floor space to exercise abs or other space required activities here, though that's not during peak hours, as this place is rather small overall, and space runs out quickly. I do like the set up of the equipment here. I come here only when the other location in Fayetteville is packed.

Planet fitness is a great place to get in shape, tan, and recover from your workout. The facilities are extremely clean and inviting. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous. They always seem like they're eager to help. There is a large variety of equipment for many different types of workouts. My friends and family enjoy the experience of working out here. Keep up the great work.

Dude, this place rocks! I was in town for labor day weekend and decided to try this 24-hour access gym; it was the only close-by gym open at 5:30 am. Anyway, I was a bit skeptical visiting Planet Fitness (PF). I have always heard there are strict exercise and clothing rules enforced at PF. I’m an exercise fanatic, and believe the more liberal the training environment, the better. Anyway, just seconds after being checked in by the early birds at the front desk, I was mesmerized- everything was beautiful! 😍 Furthermore, there was plenty to exploit of; I had a blast and had no trouble training upper-body! I want to acknowledge the durable yoga mats they offer at PF. I have never come across these at other popular gyms where you find flimsy mats. I also want to point out how clean this facility was. Even the bathrooms were luxurious and well-maintained! Seriously, I was stunned! 😄 Their cables (cable machines) worked well, smooth to the pull and well adjusted/calibrated- where at other gyms you may encounter cables that need lubrication or aren’t in proper working conditions. So annoying! One final note for management? The time on the big clock on the wall isn’t precise! It was at-least 30 minutes behind when I checked it yesterday morning! 😊 hi
