Love this gym! I was nervous at first but the staff is super friendly and helpful and so are the people working out around you! I do yoga on Monday and Friday mornings and the instructor is awesome! I also keep my son in the daycare, which I was also nervous about but they have a one way mirror so you can see your child and the daycare ladies are so sweet and keeps the daycare very clean. I have been to dozens of Golds Gym franchise locations all over the country, due to my work travel and the staff here at this location is by far the the most friendly, and attentive I've come across from coast to coast. The facility itself isn't the biggest and may be a little crowded, but the attitude of the staff will lighten the mood and counteract any misgivings you might have when you first see the space available. The gym does have all the equipment anyone may need whether a novice or experienced. Natasha at the front desk was very attentive, friendly, competent and capable of multitasking which is critical for a front desk attendant. All in all a great work out experience. I wish my own Golds Gym location were like this.
