The staff is always so friendly when I walk in. I've been going here for over 5 years now and they still cease to amaze me with their kindness and concern. The equipment is ALWAYS clean and ready to be used.

I was unsure of what atmosphere (visited several facilities around the area) may help me get into a routine as a new retiree with arthritis. After 6 weeks using the warm pool I’ve been able to add using the recumbent cardio and gym equipment. I’ve had to miss a few days this week and can’t wait to get back into my routine.
