I wanted more than just the generic gym experience. Something worth my time, that would show results and make my workouts more than just a mindless treadmill run. Matt changed all that and then some. He created my workouts to be REAL workouts with REAL results. He works one on one with you so there isn’t that typical awkward gym experience that a lot of us can’t stand. Everything is personalized for you, even nutrition, so he helps you with the total package. So if you want a genuine experience then he is your guy. ☺️

Matt has helped me reset and relearn a lot of misconceptions I had about exercise, weight lifting and overall needs for my body. I spent many years doing intense workouts and programming that wasn’t ideal for my overall needs and wants. He takes the “thinking” out if it for me and varies my exercise so that I can get the best results. Matt is also very knowledgeable and explains every movement thoroughly, which helps me duplicate it on my own. As a wife, mom of 3 and a online business owner, I seem to always have a lot on my mind but his programming and direction help me meet my goals without added stress or dreaded boredom. I highly recommend Matt if you’re looking for someone to cut through all the fitness options and get you results you’re looking for!

Honestly I feel like Khloe Kardashian after every workout. Matt has helped me learn how to love my body/ not be scared of food. Not only does he push you to your limits, but he also motivates you when you need that extra push on hard days!

I was interested in taking boxing lessons and Matt agreed to give me some tips and help me get started. We got straight to work on form and coordination. There was no messing around! Within 30 minutes I was wiped out. The studio is very close to a major intersection and easy to find. The facility has a little bit of everything you could need for fitness training. It’s clean and has a nice changing area to freshen up!

Matt has been so awesome since I’ve been training with him! Working out with him is a lot of fun! He’s always willing to explain and show you how to do things. He will push you, but also make you feel very comfortable. He has not only helped me with exercise, but has given me diet advice and been an awesome ear when I was going through tough times. Would totally recommend giving him a shot!

Matt is awesome! We have been doing 30 min sessions once a week for a month now. My boyfriends has lost 17 lbs after sticking with a regular workout regimen and keeping track of what he is eating! I have lost 4.5 lb but am not exercising as much! Matt does a great job of keeping us on track and we are on our way to a healthier lifestyle and we have much more energy!
