This is a great place with a great atmosphere. The staff is very knowledgeable. I have been working out here now for a little over 3 years and used to have low back problems when exercising. They showed me the proper body positions and techniques to lift without injuring myself. They have also showed me that I was capable of doing so much more than I thought i could.

Force Barbell really helped my back. I have been plagued by lower back pain most of my life. The coaching staff at Force Barbell created a workout plan tailored to strengthen my back. I am now able to deadlift pain free!

Being a member of Force Barbell over the last year has literally changed my life. I’ve achieved numerous goals including dropping my body fat percentage by over 10%, losing over 20 lbs, gaining significant strength and flexibility, and completing a marathon in under 4 hours. I am very impressed with this gym, the facilities and the staff. They are truly interested in helping you be your best self and know how to get you there. Inspiring and professional are the first two words that come to mind. Tyler put me through a comprehensive evaluation to determine my injury extent and outlined a plan of action. Highly recommended!

I loved my time here, everyone treats you like family. The coaching here is great and they will push you. Often times you will here coaches yelling the unofficial motto of "Mas Kilos" which mean you as an athlete definitely need to add more weight. I came to them to learn how to throw stones and other heavy objects to be able to compete in the Highland Games. Tyler really helped teach me the form required to do that. My form for weightlifting has greatly improved since joining this gym. In my opinion they did their job too well trying to buys suits is nearly impossible after going here for a few months and my work pants are way too small on my legs these are good problems to have when going to a weightlifting and strong man gym. If your interested in these sports, athletic performance in general and/or weight loss do your self a favor and give these guys a visit.

Amazing positive environment no matter what skill level or age you are. Force is about improving yourself each time even if it is only by 1%. After all, Rome was not built in a day. They truly get to know each of their clients. You truly become like a family with all the encouragement and support.

Awesome experience for training. The staff and coaches really care about everyone there. All fitness levels are welcome and programs can fit everyone 's schedule. Student athletes also can improve all of their skills. Come check it out!
