Most important part of my week is training hard! RJ pushes me to the max and really helps me dig down for that experience and training I need. Very professional and very easy to work with.Started slow and was able to build together at my own comfort and pace. Very detailed about the basics.

RJ is amazing! I'm old and broken and he has me throwing around 50 lbs like it's nothing. He's great at modifying exercises to make easier or harder, depending on needs. And he is the master mind behind a horribly effective 5 lb workout.Let him bring the (good) pain to you!He's all the right things: timely, attentive, reasonably priced, and will come to you (which is doubly beneficial--I workout AND I have to have at least one room clean)! Give him a try! The only thing you have to lose is weight.

RJ Rocks!! My first work out session with RJ made muscles ache for 3 long days( my co-workers can attest to my pain lol) and I hit the gym 5 days a week. I thought I was in shape but I am horribly mistaken . I just finished my second session yesterday and I feel great! I am already feeling the difference compared to my regular workout routine and this is exactly what I need. If you are feeling stuck in your current work out routine this guy will help challenge and push you to reach your goals.

RJ has a great energy, and he's very professional. I love that the workout is tailored to me, and we get a lot of work done in my home, with kids around, and we don't need big gym machines. Highly recommend!
