kta is the best place to train because you get a really good workout and plus you get to learn some really cool techniques that would protect you from danger. i highly recommend going to kta and attending one of the classes because it is so fun and entertaining. me personally as a 1st degree black belt ,i love going to class and just teaching people how to protect themselves when they are in danger. kta has really improved how i behave in school and it has made me more confident in what im doing.
