Not happy anymore with this clubIt used be very good 2 years ago, but because of lack of maintenance and the continued "out of order machines, the gym became an exhibition for the paper signs of "out of order, replacing soon"Today 8/5/23 the cable 8n one of the cable cross machines got broken 8n my hand and the grip hit my shin so badly. Again that was because of a lack of preventive maintenance!!!The renovation that was made less than a year ago turned out to be cosmetic, not real renovation anyway.So disappointing

I can only do 2 stars. Multiple machines have been broken for months, some are completely not working and others have issues with the TV, on/off buttons or shake pretty bad when you are on them. The workout areas are also dusty and the free weight area has a weird smell to it. The dang fire alarm has been beeping every few seconds in the entire building for the past 3 days. Staff does not seem to care about repairs, yet every April they charge us and extra $50 for machine maintenance. This place has gone downhill badly after covid.

When I'm on military leave and im back home visiting family its always difficult finding a gym that'll working with my shirt time frame. Usually I'm only visiting for up to 10 days, a monthly or yearly contract doesn't make sense. Ted killed it and was able to work with me to get all of my gym needs meet. Thanks again for the help, I definitely appreciate it!

I signed up yesterday, primarily for access to the basketball courts while I am in town for a couple of months. The next day they are closed indefinitely because some people were hanging on the rim (punishing the entire membership for the actions of a few is juvenile). The lady up front was not at all helpful and generally rude/insulting. This was the beginning and end of my LA Fitness experience. The guy who signed me up was great, but once that money is in hand......

Started going there pretty nice until the bathrooms were so dirty I couldn’t believe how dirty that was. The bathrooms stink and the lockers have crust in them.The kids club is never open so my family’s kids can come and stay there they had to sit outside there and have to sit on the chairs, as I see all these bad reviews here they all are so right. The ladies at the counter don’t even scan people in tillrecently. Also there has been people hogging four machines at once and I ask can I use it and they say no they are still using it ur supposed to be only using oneThey also have there pool. I think it’s pretty nice but the hot tub is green. It’s very nice but it is green. Im so disgusted how dirty of the gym is all of there equipment smells horrible. The kids club as no AC and very hot inside my family has had there kids in there and there was no adult super vision they just turned on the TV and left. One man was going to the gym at 9:30 the gym closes at 10 PM. The guy seriously walked up to the gym and the people slam the doors right in front of his face and locked him in so he couldn’t get in. The manager is so rude she doesn’t even talk and never makes eye contact She’s just on her phone watching tick-tock‘s and letting her son run around the whole gym. There was a catheter bag in the Unisex bathroom and urine on the floor and a big skid mark on the toilet seat. the worst of it was a condom in the hot tub floating while my kids were in there.I am so disappointed in this place.

They also offer training and assistance for people who want help. Great atmosphere for all ages. And they have recently added all new fitness workout area.

This Noblesville location is by far the best LA Fitness I have been to in the area. While it is one of the newer locations and smaller, it is well maintained and clean, and they do a good job of keeping the equipment updated.For the most part, members do a good job overall of putting the free weights back after using them, which I appreciate! There is nothing more annoying than when members leave their weights on a machine.This location is overall quieter and not as noisy or busy, which means less wait times for a specific piece of equipment. I don’t mind making a special trip over from Carmel to go to this gym. Well worth it!

I am writing to bring to your attention some concerns that I have experienced at the LA Fitness location in Noblesville.Firstly, I have noticed that the gym has been closed unexpectedly at times, without any prior notification to members. This has caused inconvenience and frustration for myself and other gym-goers who have scheduled their workouts around the gym's opening hours. It would be greatly appreciated if there could be better communication to members about any planned closures or maintenance work.Secondly, I have noticed that employees at the front desk have not always been properly checking members into the gym. This has caused confusion and has led to some non-members gaining access to the gym. I would appreciate it if you could remind the front desk staff of the importance of following proper check-in procedures for the safety and security of all members.Furthermore, I have experienced difficulty in getting accurate information about the gym's hours from the front desk staff on multiple occasions. The unhelpfulness of some front desk members has made it challenging to plan my workouts effectively. It would be helpful if the front desk staff could be trained to provide accurate and helpful information to members regarding the gym's hours of operation.Lastly, I have observed that the men's bathroom and sauna are not always as clean as they could be. This is not only unpleasant for gym-goers, but it could also pose a health risk. I would appreciate it if the cleaning staff could be reminded to pay extra attention to these areas to ensure that they are properly sanitized and maintained.Thank you for taking the time to read this message. For me, it's the perfect gym. It has everything desirable for a physical fitness location.The pool, and the basketball court gives this place a notch above.

Definitely a really good place to go work out. They have a sauna basketball swimming pool all the weights that you could want with free weights and machine weights. They also offer training and assistance for people who want help. Great atmosphere for all ages. And they have recently added all new fitness workout area.
