Steve truly cares about his clients and his community. I've never done crossfit before and I've been nervous about trying it with no prior experience. Steve has been very patient with me and has helped me gain some much needed confidence in the past 2 months. I signed up for the unlimited classes package and find myself going consistently 4-5 times a week on my lunch break. One of the coolest aspects of working out at Nickle Plate Fitness is the weekly and monthly activities that Steve hosts at no extra cost. Sunday morning bike rides, breakfast gatherings, and even some game nights. This place has been a blessing for me.

Steve is a great coach. Very knowledgeable on nutrition and exercise, and has a good attitude. Love the location near Geist. CrossFit is proven to be the best way to get in shape fast. Check it out!

We had a great time dropping into workout while home for the holidays. Steve did an amazing job and was very attentive as a CrossFit trainer. Our group had lots of restrictions and he was able to scale and modify according to our needs. We’ll definitely be dropping in again.

Dropped in to CFWG a few weeks ago, and had a great time! Steve is a passionate owner, who wants to see people be healthy. I would highly recommend this box to CrossFit enthusiasts and even beginners starting out on their fitness journey.

I've been going to CFWG for nearly a year. I've seen such improvement in the quality of my life. The flexibility and strength has allowed me to accomplish any task. Steve is a passionate, positive and motivating coach that makes this facility stand out from "any other gym". He will challenge you and make you better.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this place. Steve has been great from the first day that I met him. I was intimidated to try CrossFit, but Steve really helped me feel at ease and taught me everything I needed to know along the way. You won’t find a greater place or a greater owner than CrossFit West Geist. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Whether your an expert or an amateur looking for a new CrossFit experience, this is where you need to go.
