I needed to lose a bunch of weight after I had my third child so decided I wanted to find a personal trainer. I knew I wanted someone who was experienced and worked with people of all ages and therefore, had 'seen it all'. I had never really lifted weights in my life and therefore needed a trainer who wouldn't be intimidating. I hoped the trainer would read my body language so I could move forward with each session, but not be pushed beyond my limits in a 'boot camp' kind of way. Bob is all of those things and is true to his word. Thanks to Bob, I am no longer intimidated by the gym equipment and know a lot about the sustainable Ketogenic diet. I lost 40 pounds, had a fourth child, and then lost all the baby weight again. I've learned that I can run (something I've never done in my life before having a trainer). I now run a few times a week! Thanks to Bob, I know I can do hard things. If you are thinking of going to a trainer, I cannot recommend Bob enough! I’d always wanted to learn how to use the gym, but was too intimidated. Bob made everything easy to understand and went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable using all the equipment, developing a work out routine, and even understanding how my nutrition functions with cardio and strength training!
