My physical therapy assessment was so uncomfortable and upsetting that I cancelled all further appointments. I did my physical therapy elsewhere, without incident. I just received the bill for my assessment here and it cost the equivalent of three sessions at the other company. You may want to shop around before committing to an appointment here. It was a costly mistake.

This place is like an adult playplace! So many different types of equipment. My therapist is so amazing that I followed him across town when he relocated here. Results are seen when you do the work they set you up to do & have their help breaking down scar tissue and realigning you.

Overall I would say this rehab facility is pretty good. The therapist I had was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful. The therapist assistant was good as well, not as extensive as the therapist but comparatively good. There is plenty of equipment and it is a fairly large facility with lots of different choices to do your workouts. Now to the negative…. It is VERY HARD to get an appointment!!! Sometimes they are so full that they will have to put you on a phone list and call you to fit you in IF they have a cancellation. And most of the time they don’t do you end up missing a session. And second, it is ALWAYS VERY CROWDED!!!! There are sooooooo many people in the facility either for therapy or working out. I’ve had appointments in am and pm and it’s always the same busy crowd. They also require to mask up.

I have Lymphedema and have been to serval places in my local area that claim to treat it but only new very little about it. I had done a lot of research on therapy for my condition and Riverview is very well trained on this condition and has all the most current therapy available. My progress just the first week was very impressive. The three therapists I have had while there have been amazing and have taken very good care of me as well as a great bedside manner and made my appointments pain free and enjoyable.
