After 10 years of having a gym in my office, I was a bit fearful of where to go as I needed to access equipment I wanted to train on quickly in the mornings. Snap Fitness lets me get in and out in a hurry and not having to wait behind multiple people to train the way I want.

I have been going to snap for almost 3 years now. Doug keeps the place spotless and upgrades equipment on a regular basis. if you are looking to lose weight and get stronger I recommend sessions with him. I have lost 25 pounds and my back never hurts since starting training sessions there.
